PLANNED POWER SUPPLY INTERRUPTION – POLOKWANE EXTENSION 133

Polokwane Municipality hereby informs residents and stakeholders of a planned electricity supply interruption scheduled for:

Date: Wednesday, 28 May 2025

Time: 08h00 to 16h00

Affected area: Polokwane Extension 133

This planned outage is necessary to allow the appointed electrical contractor to carry out the closing span of the electrification project in Polokwane Extension 133 – Phase 3. This is part of the municipality’s ongoing efforts to improve and extend the electrical infrastructure in the area.

Affected users are advised to treat all electrical wiring and outlets as live at all times and to ensure that all appliances are switched off during the outage to prevent injury or damage when the electricity supply is restored.

The municipality regrets any inconvenience caused and appreciates the cooperation and understanding of all affected residents and stakeholders.
