Public Notice – 2024/25 DRAFT IDP/BUDGET PROCESS PLAN FOR COMMENTS
Notice is hereby given in terms of Municipal Systems Act (32 of 2000) Section 28 that the Polokwane Municipality 2024/25 Draft IDP/Budget Process Plan is now available. Interested stakeholders / communities are invited to submit their comments and input on the Draft Process Plan. The draft Process Plan can be accessed through the municipal website: www.polokwane.gov.za.
Community members are requested to visit the Municipal Website to access the 2024/25 Draft Process plan.
All comments and inputs on the 2024/25 draft process plan should be submitted through email to Manager: IDP at the following email address : Victorn1@polokwane.gov.za . Please include your name, surname, ward number and cluster when submitting comments.
Comments period is open from 03rd June 2024 to 28th June 2024.
