April becomes the month where plans meet the voices of the people.

 

Across all seven municipal clusters, communities of Polokwane are invited to step forward, take their seat, and help shape the 2026/31 Draft IDP and Budget. From Ga-Matlala to Seshego, from Mankweng to the City, the municipality is bringing governance closer to the ground where it truly belongs.

 

These engagements are more than meetings; they are platforms of accountability, spaces of ideas, and instruments of change. Here, every concern raised, every proposal made, and every voice heard contributes to building a municipality that responds, delivers, and grows with its people.

 

The process runs throughout April with community members encouraged to attend sessions in their respective clusters or submit inputs digitally.
