POLOKWANE – With Polokwane Municipality now accredited to deliver low-cost housing independently, a new chapter of accelerated service delivery is unfolding, one that places communities at the centre of progress.

Work is already underway on the ground, translating policy into practical impact. In Ward 42, 20 housing units are being constructed, while Ward 45 is receiving 22 units, each one a step toward restoring dignity and hope for deserving families.

This is a commitment fulfilled. A commitment to ensure that access to adequate housing is not a distant promise, but a lived reality for our residents.

Polokwane is building futures.
