POWER OUTAGE AFFECTING MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS IN STERPARK

Polokwane Municipality would like to inform residents that a power outage is currently
affecting the customers in the following streets in Sterpark due to ongoing repairs on
a low voltage (LV) feeder cable:
 Orion Street
 Gemini Street
 Juno Street
 Surrounding streets

Municipal technical teams are on-site and working to resolve the issue. Power supply
is expected to be restored by 15h00 today, barring unforeseen circumstances.

 

Affected customers are urged to treat all electrical wiring and installations as
live at all times and to switch off all appliances during the outage to avoid injury,
loss of life or damage to property when power is restored.
