POWER AND WATER SUPPLY INTERRUPTION- SESHEGO AND EXTs 76 AND 133

Polokwane Municipality is aware of a power supply interruption currently affecting the whole of Seshego area as well as Polokwane Extensions 75 and 133.

This interruption has also impacted the Seshego Water Treatment Plant, which in turn is affecting water supply to the Seshego area and surrounds.

The municipality’s response teams have been dispatched to investigate the cause of the outage and to commence restoration of both electricity and water supply. At this stage, the estimated time of restoration has not yet been confirmed.

The municipality urges all affected customers to treat all electrical wiring as live and switch off appliances during the interruption to prevent possible injury, damage or loss of life once supply is restored.
