OCCUPATION OF ALLOCATED SITES – EXTENSION 133

Polokwane Municipality hereby informs all approved beneficiaries who have been formally allocated residential sites in Extension 133 by the municipality, to take occupation of their sites without further delay.

The beneficiaries are advised that any sites which remain unoccupied are currently being considered for reallocation to other qualifying beneficiaries in line with municipal processes.

Furthermore, unauthorised occupation of any site is strictly prohibited and will be deemed illegal. Offenders may face eviction without notice and the municipality will not be held liable for any losses or inconvenience resulting from such unlawful occupation.

The municipality will issue formal communication regarding the process and schedule for site handovers. Beneficiaries are urged to await and comply with these instructions.
