PUBLIC PARTICIPATION ON WHISTLE BLOWING POLICY AND ANTI-FRAUD AND CORRUPTION STRATEGY
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21(a)(b) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000, read together with Section 152(e) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996.
Polokwane Local Municipality, at its Council meeting held on 30th July 2024, approved the Whistle Blowing Policy and Anti-Fraud and Corruption Strategy for public participation.
Stakeholders and interested parties are invited to provide written inputs and submissions on these draft policies.
Copies of the draft policies will be available for review at all clusters, the City Library, and on the municipal website for a period of 30 days from the date of publication.
Submissions can be made through the following platforms:
