Executive Mayor of Polokwane Municipality Cllr Freddy Greaver and Commissioner Van Wyk from the Blue Bull Company.

The partnership between Polokwane Municipality and the Blue Bulls Company is continuing to generate funds for disadvantaged students in Polokwane, this time around it will be in a form of the Executive Mayors Golf Day. The event will take place on the 12 June 2012 at Polokwane Golf Club from 07:30. The golf day follows a successful rugby charity match between Blue Bulls and Cheetahs at the Peter Mokaba stadium on the 11 February 2012. Through the match we were able to raise funds amounting to R1 million.

This initiative was sparked by the Executive Mayors discovery that there are more disadvantaged children who need funds to further their studies.

The Blue Bull’s players will be auctioned and if you take part in this auction by pledging an amount for the privilege of playing golf with the Bulls and to get to know them better off the field. The highest bidder will enjoy the day of golf with South Africa’s top Rugby team players.
